I started my diet on February 8th and already I've lost 5 pounds. I've been working out a lot, everyday unless I can't make it to the Rec Center. I like exersizing and dieting. It can be hard when you have a bag of Reese's Cups or a doughnut or a peice of chocolate cake in front of you. I still have those things, but not very often at all. I have something like that maybe once a week when I've worked out a lot or not eaten many calories that day.

I'm really happy that I'm bettering myself in that aspect. Yeah... It's a good time.
