Sometimes when I'm not thinking about anything at all I get hit with a sudden pang of sadness and I miss Richard. When I get hit like that it hurts me deeply. My chest feels like it's collapsing, it gets hard to breath and I feel like I'm going to get sick and cry... It's quickly followed by an anxious feeling though... which just makes me want him. I wonder what this means. Obviously my heart is trying to tell me something.
